Europe’s biggest river island festival, MS Dockville, is back this August and has invited CHAiLD to perform on Wednesday, 11th August for a SOLD-OUT show with Moglii and Madanii & Llucid! Taking place in Hamburg, the docks of the Wilhelmsburg district transform into a vibrant space where art and music meet. The festival has assembled icons of the indie, pop, and electronic music genres including global superstars like Billie Eilish, Jon Hopkins, and Jungle the last time around so we’re thrilled to see CHAiLD joining this year’s edition!

Catchy hooks and ear-worm melodies, that’s how CHAiLD has managed to establish himself as one of the most promising and undeniable young artists from the Grand Duchy’s musical landscape. His melancholic universe combines the Italian and Portuguese musical influences he grew up with alongside his own take on modern electro-pop. Think elements of Troye Sivan’s hooks and Woodkid’s cinematography with the attitude of a young Oscar and the Wolf.

CHAiLD’s presence at “Fast ein MS DOCKVILLE” is due in part to the initiative of the EXCITE network (Exchange of international talent in Europe) in which Kultur | lx is an active partner.
