|lx music workshop: How to promote your jazz project in France

To follow on a first session dedicated to touring in France, Kultur | lx is keen to give you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the French market, and to present a new workshop dedicated to the promotion of jazz projects in France.

Hosted by Marion Lesaffre-Pommier, founder of prelude-s, the workshop will take place online on May 10th and 11th, just a few days before Kultur | lx’ Jazz Focus in the frame of the Like A Jazz Machine festival. Two goals are at the core of this workshop:

  • Give you a preparation for the speedmeetings taking place in the frame of the Jazz Focus on May 13th;
  • Give you a global view on how to promote your project on the French market.

  • Understanding the laws of oral communication
  • Writing your pitch
  • Presenting orally

Marion Lesaffre-Pommier recommends you to prepare a few elements on the project(s) you would like to be able to practice with the other workshop participants.

About Marion Lesaffre-Pommier

Marion Lesaffre-Pommier, a certified professional coach, created prélude-s in 2021, after 15 years at the Cité de la musique-Philharmonie de Paris where she developed an innovative training and support system for the professionalization of musicians. Today, she accompanies individual and collective transformations in the cultural sector, the performing arts and the social and solidarity economy. Her expertise in the cultural sector enables her to support the development of individuals in their various professional activities and of teams in a context of transformation of cultural life and new challenges.

She has a degree from a business school and a post-graduate diploma in training trainers. She is trained in systemic coaching, NLP, transactional analysis and the Aristotle approach.
