We are pleased to announce that the Kultur | lx team has been strengthened with the arrival of Oliver Möller, who joined us on July 3rd as Project Manager in Pop/Rock, as well as Julie Urbach, who joined us on August 1st as Office Manager.

About Oliver Möller

Before obtaining a master’s degree in media science (specialising in audiovisual media) at the University Trier, Oliver Möller has already started his professional career as project manager at Schneider Promotion & Transport, being in charge of implementing merchandising at several sports events all over Europe for brands like AUDI AG and the German Soccer Federation (DFB).

With the diploma in his pocket, he joined the company’s newly founded office in Trier as project manager for cultural events. In the upcoming three years he launched several event formats, e.g. the music and movie festival “Sound & Vision” with bands like Von Wegen Lisbeth (DE), Bilderbuch (CH), Seed to Tree (LU) and Say Yes Dog (LU). He was also co-responsible for the artist booking at several temporary music venues during these years (Kasino Trier, Alte Färberei).

To combine his passions for travelling and music, he went to sea for three years as music event manager on board of AIDA cruise ships to organize the daily music programme by means of bands, dancers, solo artists and DJs.

Back ashore and prior to Kultur | lx, he joined MVG Trier, the operating company of the three venues Arena Trier, Europahalle Trier and Messepark Trier, as project manager and contact for promoters for five years.

Oliver has been impressed by the diversity and quality of the music scene in Luxembourg ever since he moved to Trier 28 years ago. Now he is burning to support the local musicians in making the next step to more international recognition.

About Julie Urbach

A native of Montpellier (France), Julie Urbach graduated in Fine Arts and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from IDRAC Business School Montpellier. After working in the fields of tourism and personal services, she moved to Luxembourg in 2016 where she worked as a team assistant at EY before spending 6 years as an administrative and compliance manager in a fiduciary firm.
