The Artist Management Programme has been designed to support artist managers over a two-year period and allow them to deepen their professional network, skills and know-how as well as to work more closely with Luxembourg artists, both nationally and internationally. This grant also includes a mentoring programme with international professionals who will guide the laureates at every stage. Recipients of this grant will be entitled to a sum of €10,000 per year for a period of two years as well as a specified budget for attending professional events.

Following a call for applications, the selection committee, consisting of Luka Heindrichs (De Gudde Wëllen), Florence Martin (United Instruments of Lucilin), Marc Nickts (SACEM Luxembourg) and John Rech (opderschmelz) decided to allocate the Artist Management Programme to Stephanie Baustert (Stephanie Baustert Music Management) and Elvis Duarte (Beast Records)

About Elvis Duarte
Elvis Duarte is one of the two co-founders of BEAST RECORDS, a music company founded in 2014 in Luxembourg. The latter allowed him to further professionalize his business and to solidify his links with artists.
After dealing with the management of artists from the Hip Hop scene, he decided to open up and also get involved in the artistic and editorial management of local artists from different genres, such as CHAILD, EDSUN and NOSI, who all started to attract international attention.
With the aim of creating a Luxembourg music industry, he has partnered with well-known players in the local scene such as Konektis Entertainment, Unison Studios and FOQUS. With this devoted environment dedicated to development, he is convinced that he has all the necessary assets to extend the reach of his artists beyond the borders. Accompanied by his trusted team, Elvis is proud to announce the start of a collaboration between BEAST RECORDS and ADA Music, part of the Warner Music BeNeLux group.
This new achievement only increases Elvis’ motivation to contribute to the international influence of the Luxembourgish scene and to expand his professional network.
